Can't reach the portfolio API

The site tried to load data from https://portfolio-backend-8tv4.onrender.com but got no answer.

Start the backend and refresh this page:

cd portfolio_backend
npm run dev

If the API runs elsewhere, set NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL in .env.local.
